By accessing or using MyAthlo (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. The minimum age to register on MyAthlo is 16 years old.
2. Medical & Health Disclaimer
Not Medical Advice:
MyAthlo provides fitness management and generative AI tooling for athletic informational purposes only. The platform, its artificial intelligence features, and nutrition calculators do not provide medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, or medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise routine, dietary program, or following automated AI recommendations.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Trainer subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. Access continues until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
4. Acceptable Use & Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene media in messaging or check-ins.
- Misrepresent professional training or nutritional qualifications.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with platform security or API rate limits.
